Human Resources Strategies was founded in 2007 by Steve Busch. Steve has over 30 years of experience in HR leadership and a Master’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University. He is passionate about bringing his experience and insights to both clients and the broader community. He is a member of the SHRM National Health Care Working Group and Government Advocacy Team.
